Business Developer Manager – up to £35k – London  – Global Brokerage

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding, highly reputable Global Brokerage based in London. You will join the European Team, focusing on one region, such as Latam, and acquire and manage IBs, Affiliates and Partners.


  • Through direct contacts, identify, build and maintain a varied network of business relationships/introducers, affiliates and partners
  • You should be creative in order to provide business relationships with adequate products, keep them engaged and obtaining the most value from the Firm’s services
  • Able to understand potential relationships’ needs, before presenting relevant products/services
  • Perform cross-selling partnerships with different market players
  • To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon
  • Ability to identify business relationships’ needs and to come up with solutions based on a strong understanding of the industry


  • English professional proficiency
  • Native in one European language
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ of proven experience at a CFDs brokerage in Business Development
  • Good marketing/selling skills with the ability to close transactions. The candidate is expected to be dynamic and to be able to bring in business. They should be good at developing networks of contacts, both internally and externally
  • Self-starter and able to make decisions under pressure
  • Literate in EU applicable regulation to the business to develop
