Online consumer technology business is looking for a Commercial Director to drive performance and improve operational efficiency for one of it fastest growing consumer brand. The role is effectively a ‘mini MD’ for the product and will be tasked with bringing product, marketing and commercial divisions together and improving the brand delivery through a customer first approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility for the Product Channel
  • Design and own the strategic roadmap for the product
  • Constantly analyse, monitor and review results
  • Oversee product improvement through analysis, testing and development
  • Deep understanding of consumer trends and requirements, understanding of the competitor landscape and the identification of new opportunities
  • Identify product and commercial weaknesses solve issues
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment with a highly ambitious culture
  • Background in an online environment, preferably online/eCommerce
  • Commercially and strategically focused
  • A keen interest and understanding of technology
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • An understanding of TCF principals
  • Strong marketing and above the line media knowledge
  • Can work independently and challenge
