Leading international gambling and technology business requires a data-driven CRM Executive to come and join their fast-growing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the creation of all game marketing assets material
  • Coordinate all game launch activity and customer promotion
  • Upload and manage the customer web portal
  • Manage bespoke game promotion requests from customers
  • Manage 3rd party license sign off approvals
  • Create customer facing game roadmaps
  • Assist with developing a customer training programme for the Casino Gaming Analytics tool; how to get the most out of games and utilising Casino Lounge etc
  • Manage the customer contact database and game launch mailouts
  • Support Interactive EMEA Commercial team with customer and game analytical data
  • Review and track customer websites to formulate game audits
  • Monitor participation of monthly game launch network promotions
  • Create merchandise packages to promote games
  • Review customer site promotions
  • Plan and coordinate customer events
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within budget

 

Qualifications/skills/experience:

  • Graduate degree essential, ideally 2:1 from a Marketing or Business related degree
  • Demonstrate 2 to 3 years experience in Marketing
  • Proven analytical, data mining and online marketing knowledge
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, flexible and committed with an excellent attention to detail
  • Proven and strong project management skills
  • Proven track record of compiling and delivering innovative marketing strategies within budget
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Bright, charismatic and inspirational with the ability to win credibility internally
  • An interest or knowledge of online gaming and gambling is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
