Head of CRM

My client requires a Head of CRM to join their vibrant and ever growing team based in London.

This is an online betting and gaming company offering online bingo and casino, using their own proprietary software platform.

They offer a huge range of exciting and interactive products using some of the most advanced gaming technology on the market. They are now looking to take their traditional CRM strategy to a more data driven focus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to develop a more data driven and results focussed CRM programme that will prioritise improvements in KPIs
  • Increase gross win per customer
  • Reduce lapsed rates
  • Increase rates of re-activation
  • Improve conversion from registration to first deposit
  • Establish framework for evaluation against KPI’s
  • Work with Data Analysis Team and key stakeholders to develop more powerful use of segmentation with the objective of improving targeting and customer understanding
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of the CRM program focusing around relevant events and key triggers and utilising all forms of messaging and communication – reducing the reliance on email channels
  • Establish a CRM framework that can work across all products and territories in order to meet business priorities in regulated and un-regulated markets
  • Identifying key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates and profitability including cross sell opportunities
  • Prioritise take up of our services through new channels such as mobile, to fall in line with our business objectives

Desired Skills
