Compliance Project Coordinator

Location: London

Salary: £30-40,000

An opportunity for a Compliance Project Coordinator to join a top gaming company based in London. Working closely with Compliance management, the role will plan and execute on all aspects of compliance activities managed on a project basis. This encompasses project planning, forecasting and project management. The role will coordinate all project related documentation while liaising with internal departments in relation to the Compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create project plans, timelines, identifying key milestones and resources needed to successfully complete the work
  • Assists with the management of internal relationships, processes and performance drivers
  • Builds communication plan for implementation to ensure all impacted parties are
  • Acts as an advocate for change, which requires influencing others
  • Work collaboratively across the business to support, monitor and track compliance-related initiatives
  • Review and analyse information received from various stakeholders and make recommendations
  • Work with the Compliance team and other departments to obtain documentation, information and reports to analyse
  • Prepare Compliance assessment data by compiling and analysing internal and external information
  • Prepare presentations and deliverables for the Compliance management team
  • Develop strong relationships across stakeholder groups
  • Assist the Compliance team in ensuring core compliance activities are executed and implemented on a timely basis to ensure the regulatory compliance of the business
  • Help with the internal audit of the business to ensure relevant processes are being followed
  • Implementation of new/revised processes and/or regulatory requirements Compliance procedures

Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent and cross-functional aspects of a project or projects
  • Ability to analyse and quickly understand processes in order to appropriately determine whether objectives and goals have been met
  • Highly organised, detailed-oriented and energetic individual with very strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills
  • Exceptional English language and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful projects
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Degree educated in a related discipline
  • Legal, Compliance, research skills
  • Experience or knowledge of the online gambling industry
  • Experience in e-commerce or the financial industry
  • Experience with project management software
  • Prince 2 certification
